Upload to iCloud Pausing on iPhone 13 Pro

I keep getting a message on my new iPhone 13 Pro that uploading to iCloud is paused. The message says connect to Wifi and plug the phone in. When this message appears, I am already connected to Wifi and my phone is plugged in. Does anyone know why my phone is having an issue uploading to the iCloud. It's not a storage issue. I have subscribed to 1TB of data and I'm not even close to that.

Hello ~ Also try this…*Settings* iCloud* Photos * turn off for a few minutes* turn back on* Also you can try signing out of iCloud and back in. As far as diagnostics…. hang out here for awhile and if these last suggestions don’t help I will keep looking.

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues in IOS.    -


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
