Coverage expired 😞 in new iphone 13 pro max

I have purchased it from one of the person named shakya from US. I live in Nepal and he sold me iphone 13 pro max graphite in Nepal. I have payed full cash to him I have bank details too. There was no apple id connected and I have connected it with new apple id and I have the authorize box of the phone too but there is no apple coverage and warranty.. Can I get back the warranty. If not please could I know the reason behind my coverage expired. 😞😞
