Hotspot..?

So I have purchased my new iPhone 13 pro max, I was able to provide my hotspot to other devices and I can’t do it anymore. Has this happened to anyone? Sometimes when my iPhone pops up to connect with other devices, the name will disappear or my other device says it can’t connect. The device I connected to before was a iPhone 7 Plus but it no longer can. I tried to connect to my girlfriends galaxy s9 and it wouldn’t show that my hotspot was on. Please help.
