AirPods Max Problems With Condensation And Connectivity

I have been through 5 pairs of apple AirPods Max in just over 3 months due to sudden failure with bricks them. They work for about a week to 2 weeks and then just stop working. Every single time the headsets are having condensation issues in all kinds of humidity levels. I am in North Carolina near the mountains which is not extreme humidity. This is ridiculous. Has there been a fix to this problem or will apple recall them and fix them due to the health dangers of water and electronics as well as lack of usability due to bricking?

Troubleshooting AirPods Condensation:

Ask Apple to swap these. You have 14 days for a refund. If you keep having issues, then store them in a place that is likely to not get so humid. Or get a dehumidifier. That might do the trick.
