Can I take my phone to apple sprint store to find out how to better secure my internet? What does this warning mean?

What does this mean? Does this mean someone could be on my wi fi via remote control? How much access can they get to my phone and microphone by being on my iPhone internet? What do I do next? I am very technologically illiterate and don’t know next step.

If you use your Home Wi-Fi network,

Try this: Disabled Privacy Address.

Forgot this network.

Rejoined that network while submitting a password.
