Why do I see a charge on my bank statement when I cancelled an app that was supposed to be free after I was asked to pay?

Pending purchase problem Hello! I was really enjoying the LoseIt! app, so i decided to buy the monthly premium ($10) but for some reason they charged me the anual premium ($50!!!). But i can't afford it. I simply dont have that money in my bank. So now there is a "pending purchase" on my apple device even though i cancelled the anual subscription and i cant install apps and/or update them. Also note that although it says cancelled it appears in the active section.

Money I got a subscription for a app that I thought was $9 it took $94 out of my account !! I canceled the subscription immediately. Is there anyway for me to get my money back? When I look at my purchase history on the App Store it says pending but it already took the money out of my account Edit: I seen this in a confirmation email I got i canceled the subscription immediately but still got charged?
