I can not complete a download from the App Store because the button to double tap on for download is just partly off screen. The zoom setting is off and tapping with tree fingers does nothing

Oh my god thank you so much …so simple and I have been struggling for a couple months trying to figure it out!
I can not down load from the app store because the button is just off screen, the zoom is off
