downloading apps

I'm trying to download the Google Maps App. I got to the app page and hit "get." A message and the edge of a button comes up at the far right of the screen. Message says "Double Click to install" and is jumping. The button starts to the right of the message. But the button is so far to the right that I can't click it. If I click on the words, it just takes me back to the "get" page. What do I do? Thanks.
