Help me access my account please I am locked out now

I am locked out of Facebook now I cannot access my account now I’ve gotten in once but as soon as I did I was locked out immediately again and could not update anything in the settings or security settings or anywhere how do I change this or edit anything in my account now or access any of my information or security settings please help
