ZERO keypad freezing when trying to dial

Hi,

When trying to dial a number on the iPhone touchpad, if the first number I press on the keypad is ZERO it will freezes and the corresponding audible tone will be heard for about a 5 seconds or so, once the tone quits, it will show me the numbers that i was trying to type during the freezing period but showing "+" instead of "0" that made me unable to dial out!

Rebooting the phone doesn’t solve the problem either though it’s necessary to avoid additional issues. The only work around has been to start typing the number with the second one instead of the first!

This of course isn’t convenient and has become quite annoying. I should mention that I experienced this exact problem on my iPhone 7 and it was the prime motivation to purchase a new iPhone 13, unfortunately the issue remains unchanged.

Also, i would like to mention that i have already tried to update the software (mentioned before as a solution) but with no benefits. And even i reset my all settings but the same remains like forever!

This issue made me totally frustrated as it is made me hopeless.
