keypad not working on iPhone x
My iPhone x keypad has long pulses on each key on the dial out keypad - so won't complete phone calls. Also power off is not working

Try doing a force restart on the iPhone. See this for instructions, Force restart iPhone - Apple Support If that does not help, the next step would be to make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store to have Apple examine the device. They will explain your options.
