I have an apple watch 3. My BPM was reading fine in it before i added cellular plan two days ago...and reset watch. now it just cycles with no reading. How do I fix it. All settings are on that need to be on both the watch and my phone. I tried powering down patch and reboot by holding both buttons, tried switching wrists and loosening watch and moving lower. No luck.

If so, what exactly happens when you try to take a reading? Do you see any error messages and if so, what do they say?

I have tried everything. Nothing helps. Everything is off that should be off, everything is on that should be on. Rest twice to factory with no change also. It has updated also. Somebody please help. My fitbit worked better than this with no issues. I may give up on apple watches all together if this is how they work.
So it just it just goes around and around and stops at this. For each reading, current, resting and walking. No reading on any.
It is off, still nothing.
I unpaired watch and reset it to factory. Restarted watch and phone, set up as new watch. Still not working 🤷♀️
This is exactly what happens to me. It’s infuriating!
Check to see if you have workout power saving mode turned on,this turns off the heart monitor.
