How can i repair my iphone x max face id that not working after update and when i went to authorized i phone center in egypt ask me to pay about 700 USD for repair it it is not my mistake

You are not speaking with Apple. This is a user to user only forum. No one is going to pay for your repair. You have a 4 year old phone, which is no longer under warranty. You'll have to continue to speak with Apple in Egypt. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you.
You can give me promotion for repair or pay repair cost as it is not my fault
