What can I do to regain functionality on my iMac wireless keyboard after spilling a small amount of water on it? The "3" key stopped working.

If it was just water? Set it aside in a warm dry place and hope that it starts working again after it has had several days to dry out.
In the mean time, you can temporally use most any USB Generic or PC keyboard with your iMac.
