Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Why is it, when I delete a message on one device, I have to delete that same message on every other device; I get at least 2 or 3 bait messages a week and while I might delete on one device, it's not removed from elsewhere like an email is

correct, I’ve had to manually delete the same message from each device, phone (usually where I deal with first) then iPad and MacBook/s which download it sometimes days later- it can be that long between starting it…
If you have turned on iCloud Messages then the other devices need to be active and able to contact iCloud in order to update each one. And all have to be on the same iCloud account. It works on all my devices (with the exception of the Apple Watch as mentioned) so if it is not working for you it is an issue with your setup.
I thought in order for the messages/ conversations to appear on each device, they had to be logged in on the same account otherwise I just wouldn’t see them otherwise. I’ll try turning it off on my phone and logging out of the Mac’s and iPad, remove all the messages and try logging back in etc, see if that changes anything
Messages in iCloud -> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208532 will sync all changes across all devices using messages in iCloud with the same iCloud account.
If that’s how it’s meant to work, I’m not sure what is going on with my account as it’s not working that way
So when you delete one from your iPhone it doesn't delete it from your computer or iPad? And do note it does not work with the Apple Watch.
