How can I upgrade Ram to 32 GB on MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

I really need to upgrade the RAM or it's suck now. I tried to trade in but I don't understand by excellent condition mac book trade in just $300. Now I only have an option to upgrade the ram and perform my tasks. Can someone please help me?

Upgraded RAM Apple Trade-In So I want to trade-in my 2019 Macbook Pro with upgraded RAM (16gb) but there's no option for RAM size when I go through the trade-in questions on Apple website, any ideas?

The RAM is soldered to the logic board ... no change after manufacture. Does your memory usage screen indicate green bars, yellow or red?

RAM can not be upgraded after initial manufacture of the computer.
