I have bought a iphone 11 pro 3 week ago and battery health is 94 and now after 3 week battery health is 89. What was the reason behind this
Hi, i believe you are not using a apple certified charger and cable? Please confirm if you are. You say when you bought the new phone 3 weeks ago the BH was 94. Kindly clarify if this Is a used phone or new?
Iphone 7plus is no longer sold by apple. Did you buy it from a 3 party seller or dod you buy it second hand because from the battery health i can tell it is a used phone. If you got this and think its new- think again. How can a new phones battery health be below 80?

This phone was not new and you need a new battery.
That sounds like a used "seller refurbished" phone with a fake battery.
