CAN EMAIL SETTING & DATA BE TRANSFERRED USING MIGRAGTION ASSISTANT
Do email setting and data get transferred to the new MBP using Migration Assistant, if I select not to transfer "Applications"?
I believe that as long as you keep your files and system settings checked, Macs have the mail app by default so it should transfer. If not, use iCloud sync for mail to get your emails on your new Mac.
