installed ios15.3 and instantly everything slowed down! Text message issues, browser issues, battery drain issues, even notifications donāt always show properly.
if you havenāt installed this DO NOT! Itās very glitchy.

Usual stepsā¦
Update all installed apps to current.
Force-restart the iPhone, and see if that clears this.
Check for apps that are using lots of power.
Back up, factory reset, and restore the iPhone.
Then check with Apple Support.
