i have purchased a new MacBook and i have windows 10 installed via bootcamp and wish to know the best way of getting this onto my new MacBook ? i currently can't find the iso file i had of my windows , so i can't simply do a fresh installation from a new partition on my new MacBook pro.
If your new Mac is a M1 chip Mac, neither Boot Camp nor Windows will run on it.
If it is a new Intel chip Mac use Boot Camp Assistant to install Windows. Migrating a Windows partition from an old computer is not supported nor should it be attempted. New hardware = new drivers requiring installation.

well all I needed to do was re-activate the license of windows 10 that was on my previous macbook through the troubleshooter and the digital license went automatically activated on my new macbook. problem solved! even though the windows 10 on my previous macbook was already activate and working normally.

That is a question for Microsoft. There is no "free" version of Windows 10. You use the activation code you purchased from Microsoft.
I’m Going from a 2013 intel to the 16 inch 2019 MacBook pro. Fully able to use bootcamp still. Just need work out what i can do. The windows partition on the 2013 , i want to install on my 2019
Install Windows on the new computer using Boot Camp Assistant. Install needed applications. Copy over your data to the new Windows installation.
