I was surfing the web when my mac crashed. It restarted and said that there was an iBoot Panic? I ran the Etrecheck report and was hoping someone could tell me what im supposed to do?

iBoot Panic is not a good sign and would make a TM Backup RIGHT AWAY while the machine is still up and running.
No expert here but iBoot panic usually or may indicate Hardware Failure.
Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Visit a Genius at an Apple Store and then evaluate the machine.

May I suggest that you update your machine to macOS 12.2.1 and advise when you have done so?

Try updating to 12.1 which was released 1/26
The iBoot is a Firmware Version: iBoot-7429.81.3 and IMHO when there is a Panic specific to iBoot - it spells trouble that may warrant a try to the Apple Shop.
As for Updating - think the current version is 12.2 released January 26, 2022
Has the OP tried to update her computer or, as you recommended, taken her newish MacBook to an Apple shop?
