Endel Lifetime Plan- now charging annual subscription?

I purchased the Endel lifetime plan and now am getting an alert from Apple App Store that my annual"subscription" will renew- I didn't purchase the subscription, I purchased the lifetime plan- No contact information at Endel and not sure how to solve this. Anyone figure out how to solve this problem?
