Name workout option has been removed in watchos6,what happens now is you go into
the workout app on the watch and scroll down to the bottom and tap "add workout"
when you do this a very long list of workouts types appear and the idea is
that if your workout name isn't there then you choose one that's closest to the one you
want or choose "Other".
