Wifi Problem after upgrade to Montery

I just upgrade my OS from BigSur to Montery, and I go to my client office. I try to connect office wifi, but it failed and show pop up "Run Diagnostic" but nothing happen. I don't know what configuration of the office network, but It's look like using they are using MikroTik router.

It was working when I still using BigSur and after connect the wifi will show login page to use the wifi network.

And now it just show pop up Run Diagnostic without any clue.

I cannot work now because it needed internal network to work, should take big efforts to ticketing the network admin about this issue because it work perfectly on BigSur and another OS (not Montery).

How should I do now?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2

Try removing the saved Wi-Fi network and reconnect. But you may still need to work with your IT support at the office if they have any sort of special authentication setup that might require a certificate, etc. Depends on how they configured it.

If you go to System Preferences -> Network -> Wi-Fi -> Advanced you can remove the office Wi-Fi network from the list of Preferred Networks. then turn off your Wi-Fi and turn it back on. Click on the broadcast office Wi-Fi network and see if it prompts to authenticate. If it's not broadcast you go to Other Networks then Other and you can manually type in the Network Name and Security settings. Depending on how the IT department setup the Wi-Fi will dictate the options you choose for security, etc. i.e. WPA2 Enterprise, etc.
