Random Pop up coming up in chrome for Total Av

Total Av pop up is coming on my chrome browser. I don't have total AV as such or installed anywhere.can anyone help me with the fix. I have already check the browser pop up setting, but still Total Av page is opening in the chrome new tap

some web site arrange with advertising agencies to host Ads on their web sites. Some Ad agencies are very picky about what ads are allowed -- others allow ANYTHING.

The pop-ups you are seeing may be coming from an ad on a web site you are visiting, or have visited recently.
