Not getting Notification until open the app

I Am Not getting Mail, Facebook Notification, Whatsapp messages and other notification of apps until I open the app. App displaying Messages only after i open the app. i also done reseting my Iphone but it doesn't work. iOS 15.3

Settings, General, Background refresh.

Turn it on for those apps

Notifications I cannot get notifications from any apps. I turned off Bluetooth and checked notifications in settings. But it did not help. Plus, I cannot send videos (even small size) through whatsapp, WeChat or mail. It gives errors. What is the problem with my iPhone?

Iphone 6s Notification Issues For the last few there has been issues withe notifications, I am not getting any notification for my work email, WhatsApp, any other notifications at all, I get to see the messages and notification only when I launch the app on my mobile, i think this is happening after the last software upgrade
