After upgrading to Monterey, I found that Grab had been replaced by Screenshot. I preferred Grab and used it daily, as I could give each copy a file name in advance, and also change other parameters at the same time if needed.
Can I reload Grab? If not, is there a way to enter a file name for each Screenshot before running it?

Screen Shot does not offer a preemptive file naming capability. There is no guarantee that Grab will run in Monterey 12.2 or forthcoming updates, and the operating system may treat it like an alien application and move it into a Relocated Items folder on your Desktop with each update.`

" Can I reload Grab " - No it can not be reloaded as it is Not Part of the OS
To change the name of the Screen Shot - after it is performed and normally placed on Desktop >> Right Click the Screen Shot and Sub Menu appears and choose " Rename " and remove the given name and replace with the desired name.

I also recommend using the Screenshot tool. I use it daily without problems.
