My iphone 6s is disabled I can't remember the itunes passcode, how can I unlock it without losing my data

You will lose your data whatever happens as it is already scrambled.
You can sometimes remedy this without a computer if on iOS 15.2 or later, but you will still need the Apple ID password. It will WIPE the phone.
