My computer is frozen on Amazon

Try the following:

1) Press and hold Command and Option, then press Escape to try to bring up the Force Quit menu. If it shows up, select the app that isn't responding.

2) If Force Quit didn't pop up, press and hold the power button on your Mac until it shuts off. Then turn it back on.

If necessary you can always force a shut down of the Mac—hold the touchID/power button for ~6-10 sec.

Reboot as normal

Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac
