My internet shows no connection on Word Craze..Daily game. Can you help me? There were no problems with ATT, so they suggested I contact you.

Does this happen when you are on WiFi? Or only on cellular? Or both?

If it only happens when you're using cellular data, go to Settings><Game name> and make sure that Cellular data is enabled.
