once in a while, the app tells me my asleep time is much greater than the time in bed? How is this possible? (I hope its sleep levitation🤞🏽)

Let’s see what we can do to help with Sleep and tracking IN BED and ASLEEP.


The screenshot you shared shows exactly what you are saying. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as Restart your iPhone?

And Restart your Apple Watch, as you also indicated using an Apple Watch Series 3.


After restarting your iPhone, if this behavior with tracking continues, we recommend contacting Apple Support by going to Get Support.
