my subscription for hulu isn’t showing up

i purchased Hulu on my iPhone 8 then upgraded to an iPhone 13 and my subscription for Hulu doesn’t show

It sounds like you need help finding your subscription. We'll be glad to help out.


On your new iPhone, be sure to have the Hulu app installed to get started. If you need to download the app again, you can do so through these steps: Redownload apps and games from Apple


If you purchased your subscription through the App Store, you'll be able to follow these steps to locate it: Change your subscription from Apple


On the other hand, if you purchased directly through Hulu, you'll need to reach out to them.
