Help My Move/exercise rings ar gone

I bought I new iPhone last week, migrated the data using iCloud and everything worked fin except the wachpairing got lost, the activity got recorded on the watch but not on the phone

Today I unpairde an paired the watch to the phone and no 4 days of activity is lost.

My wife can se my missing activity on here iPhone (sharing)

Even if I manually ad activity the move ring don't change for the missing days.

What to do ?
