iPhone 12 goes offline when trying to connect to Hik-Connect app

get device offline when trying to connect to hik-connect application. I have used this before and it worked well. now I keep getting the device offline. I have checked and double checked all settings.

Our company's pc and and android phone works good. This has worked on my iphone12 before. Can you help me?
