I cannot get my email to load in apple -nothing suggested has helped

How do I get my email to refresh on my Mac? Everything I read I have done, it is updated but it is not loading and I don't know what to do.

email issues I cannot open my email, nothing is there. I think when I was attempting to delete the mac cleaner I may have deleted something needed for the mail. What should I do? It is not the server as all my other email is working fine. thanks

My email isn't working My email stopped working on my iMac. Mail version 10.3. It hasn't downloaded any emails for three days. No error messages. I click Get New Messages in all Accounts and then it says Downloading Messages at the bottom but nothing comes in. I'm on a mid 2011 iMac.

I guess the first question is; have you added your email account to Mail?
