managing apps on our PC

Hi

I have looked everywhere and Google searched all different ways - I want to manage and organize the apps on my phone via my PC. Is the still possible?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

The ability to manage apps by using iTunes on a computer was removed in 2017 when iTunes 12.7 was released.
