Can I upgrade Safari browser without messing with the rest of my computer?

To upgrade from Mojave in order to upgrade Safari, I will lose all/partial AdobePhotoshop. Can I upgrade Safari browser without messing with the rest of my computer? I cannot yet afford to replace my version of Photoshop and would have to change to monthly payments to Adobe.
