My internet on my MBP (2018 w/ mojave) is suddenly downloading extremely slow. I've conducted speed test using my phone and the through the netgear app on my phone and I am receiving expected speeds. When using wifi and ethernet wired connection I am only receiving a tenth of the expected speed...

There's plenty of room on my HDD... (over 800GB). Was on a chat with ISP, I've rebooted everything multiple times. It was up to speed for a few minutes then back slow. ISP has suggested it could be an anti-virus or vpn issue, I'll try that again and see what happens over time.

Whew, they've changed pastebin & made it harder, but after pasting in, click Create new paste button, then Embed button, then copy the URL...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
Also I tried etrecheck before entering the forum... It seems like a great tool, but didn't resolve the issue thanks.
Its working but only time will tell if it slows back down (fingers crossed) thanks for responding.
