How to make an Apple refund?
Why are you able to keep hundreds of dollars charged by a child on my phone. This is fraud please return my money.

BTW, this is a user-to-user forum. You are not talking to Apple here. You can also setup restrictions on your child's iPhone to prevent them from making unauthorized purchases:
