What would I do when my iMessage and FaceTime not working?

Hey Harvey-Mai,


It looks like there was an account issue and you've been signed out of FaceTime and iMessage.


Have you tried signing back in? If not, try that now by going to Settings > Messages and toggle on iMessage and then sign in when prompted. If there's an error activating iMessage or FaceTime, check out these steps here: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support.
