"Trust this computer" message flashing (IPhone Xr and MacBook Pro Retina 15)

My iPhone continue flashing "Trust this computer" message all time when i try connect my phone to my MacBook Pro Retina 15 laptop.

I found at last one way to fix this problem. Recharge your IPhone full battery and try again.. thats fix problem for me. Other way is use External USB hub to give more power your usb to recharge your phone same time when you use it on your laptop.

Dont know if this is OSX bug or not. anyways..

What i found my OSX Console app messages, its tell me someting like USB power usage is too high, and its cut USB power down right away. Then its give USB power back on and then USB power limitter hit again same second.. and so on.. thats made my iPhone flashing that "Trust this computer" message all night long..

Hope this message help at last someone :)

Ps. Sorry my poor english

Hello Nieminem,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your iPhone continues to prompt you to 'Trust this computer' when you have it connected to your Mac.

It sounds like you're on the right path here. To make sure we're on the same page and not missing a solution, you mentioned this is related to power. Do you use an Apple branded cable to connect the iPhone to the Mac or a third party cable? Some third-party cables may not provide enough power. Does this cable state it supports charging the iPhone and certified?

Hoping to hear back, take care.
