Why is my iphone declining calls and when i glance it says user busy? how do I turn that off? I am missing important phone calls.

No. I called Apple and my phone carrier and they can’t seem to find anything wrong with it. It’s acting like DND is on. I ordered a new phone. I just received it today and I’m hoping the problem will be fixed as soon as I activate it. I think it’s a phone issue.
Go to Settings/Focus and review the Do not Disturb settings; turn off any you don’t need enabled.
All settings are off and no call forwarding is on
I’m currently having the same issue for the last four days. Did you ever find a solution to the problem?
