FCPX (10.6.1) crashed for some reason and now it looks like i've lost about 5 hours of work. Is there a way i can recover from an Auto Save? If I try Open Library>From Backup it only gives me the one option.

Look inside your ~/Movies/Final Cut Backups/ folder to see if there are backups for the library in question. By default, this is where library backups are stored. Check the library storage settings to see if the location was changed.
