charging products??

Uhm so why does apple have type c connections on their new chargers but dont supply a box when u purchase iphones 13 pros? Im sure it cant be just this device or maybe it was just my device but uh quite the inconvenience for a phone this expensive.

they in general are moving toward usb-c and their reason for not including headsets and chargers anymore was to save the environment because people already had chargers and headsets from previous apple devices.


your options are

  1. get an ac charger with an usb-c connector
  2. use an existing ac charger and charger with matching usb connectors
  3. buy a converter Amazon.com : usb-a to usb-c adapter


or you can

try contacting apple Support ->  Get Support (apple.com)

and or give them feedback -> Product Feedback - Apple
