Recently i bought an iphone 11 that comes with a charger line that is type -c. Do i need to buy a new charger that is type -c or can i use my old XR charger that is not a type-c

It will activate fast charging using a Power Delivery rated 20W USB-C charger, the 5W will be slower.
Even if its only 5W? I was told that 11 needs a 20W? Is that true?
