"autodelete emais from all devices: I still have the same issue I’m on Optus webmail and when accessed from my iOS devices webmail is still holding on emails I’ve previously deleted"
-------
Troubleshooting eMail Deletion Problems:
Three Things:
A. Start with a New App Password:
Do you use an App Password? If using the Mail app, then know that it is a third-party app. So, see if Optus uses an app password. Look up their site, seeing if they offer this service. Sometimes, change s are made to your device (i.e. update installations), and then a new app password is required. As an example, go here for gmail: Sign in Using App Passwords - Gmail Help - Google Support
B. Remove/Add the Account:
If a new App Password does not work then try removing the account, and then adding it back.
C. Contact Optus:
Perhaps there is an error Ron Optus' server. So, contact them, seeing what they have to say on all of this. I cannot seem to find a link for an App Password for Optus. So, ask them for the link on that.
