You'd likely have to update to iOS15.

Determining if an Update will Install:

How to do so...

I. Verify Compatibility:

Confirm the model of your iPhone. If iPhone model is incompatible with the update (i.e. iOS15), then it is because you iPhone does not meet the hardware requirements for this iOS version(s).

II. If Compatible...

1. Back Up First:

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update

Which iPhone do you have? Which iOS version is currently running on it?

If you are referring to downgrading the iOS to 14 then you are not going to be able to do it because this is not supported by Apple.

Ensure that you have an iPhone 6 or a newer model to update your iPhone higher than iOS version 12.5.5
