Cannot accept Apple media services terms

(iPhone 11) When I try to update apps I am prompted to accept the new terms. I click ok, but I only see a grey screen and no text. I have restarted the phone and logged in and out of my account. I have tried on wifi and mobile internet. Any ideas?
