stan app continually fails to load

Does anyone have a fix for the Stan app. I’ve unplugged my Apple TV, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Stan I’ve disconnected my modem and unplugged my Apple TV. Stan then works, but when I want to view Stan the following day, it fails to load.
