I've tried to turn off the passcode on my 13 Pro but it will not allow it. It is grayed out. Can anyone help me with this? Also the time choices for require passcode won't go more than 15 minutes. Can this be changed?

I was able to turn it off once I deleted my work email from my phone (it's not a company phone). Problem now is I can not use Face ID. It's either one or the other. If I turn off my passcode it disables my FaceID. Any ideas??

Won't be able to turn that off, if you have an corporate exchange email account on installed on your phone and I think Apple wallet as well.

A passcode is needed to use face id.
